Get rid of McAfee, it's a Piece of Crap.
Use Microsoft Security Essentials instead, or Avast.

Did you try booting up in "Safe Mode?" If not, boot in safe mode and rescan to delete. If that doesn't work, boot in safe mode with command prompt. Type "cd\systems 32\." Then type "delete lexbeces.exe" . Then re-boot in safe mode and run McAfee again to make sure it's clean. 1) Download malwarebytes anti-malware from malwarebytes.org Make sure that it updates with the newest definitions after installation and run a quick scan. That should remove the problem and more.
2)Remove Mcaffee and install Microsoft Security Essentials
3)Update both Adobe Flash and Adobe Reader if you use them.
4) Run a Full scan using Malwarebytes and then using MSE.
