My NSX came from Germany.

You REALLY don't wanna know how they mount the licenseplate on the front......

They just put in some selftappers straight through the bumper.........without drilling a hole for it first...........

Sometimes they put a little black frame behind it (realy cheap thingy), but thats nothing like the frames you guys get in the US.

Hi , I have fixed mountings for the plate in my NSX. There are two fixed nuts just in front of the cooler and another 2 nuts below the Acuraemblem. Then of course you need 4 bolts and an oem frame ( plastic).I belive you have same mountings and frames in your US-versions of NSX. I don't use that mounting anymore since i think the plate comes too high. Best regards Lars-Erik
