NSX Oktoberfest Queens, NY -Sunday, Oct. 27 10AM-12PM
Ever hear of an 'Oktoberfest'? Well, you can thank my dad, he threw the first one in the states to help raise money for a local charity, back in 1973. So, in keeping with tradition, you are invited to the first NSX Oktoberfest, for NSX Prime members. No beer, no 'um-pah-pah' music, just food and 'rides'. Good chance to get together, kick some tires, bs about our cars, and check out some mods before it gets too cold.
Buffet brunch around 11AM, because a nice greasy breakfest always makes you feel better when your far from home. Nothing special, eggs, bratwurst, and hash browns. Depending on how many people show up, we may have to chicken wing it, but the chef can always whip up something more.
My uncle manages an old restaurant, nothing fancy, but it won't cost me anything to use the parking lots. The place doesn't open up until 12 PM, when they need the hall back to set up for another party. I am renting out a small hall, so we can use the bathrooms, set up some food and drink, and so we won't get stuck out in the cold if it rains.
There are three parking lots, early birds use the lot on the left side of the building, since it has direct access to the upstairs catering hall. Just look for my car.
If anyone wants to try and get some group rides going to/from/after, please use this thread.
Hope to see you there:
