Track Address: 201 Motorsports Park Circle, Summit Point, West Virginia
Hotel Address: 201 Waterfront St, Forest Heights, MD

Wed/Thursday

  • Get a ride with professional drivers Peter Cunningham, James Robinson, and Nick Robinson during any session other than novice (Green) sessions. You will need to check in with Chin to get a wrist band for the track. For non-Social participants, there is a $20 fee for ride alongs. Anyone with an official NSXPO 2019 Social Badge will have the $20 fee waived.
  • 1:15PM Parade lap – everyone welcome to ride on the track.


Thursday

  • View the Honda Jet: Leesburg Executive Airport 9:30AM Viewing by appointment only. Contact [email protected] to get on the attendance list
  • NSXPO group photoshoot during 12:30pm lunch break
  • 10AM – 7PM: Registration table will be available by the front entrance of the hotel, right near Guest Check in. Badges will be available for pick up here.
  • 7PM – 9PM: Welcome Reception at the hotel’s POSE Rooftop lounge
  • Pick up your Swag Bag at the Welcome Reception
  • 9PM – ???: POSE Lounge opens to the general public

Friday

  • Udvar-Hazy Museum: 14390 Air and Space Museum Pkwy, Chantilly, VA
    • Distance: approximately 40 miles
    • 8AM: Assemble and prepare for departure from Gaylord Resort
    • 9AM: Parking gates open at Museum
    • 9AM – 10AM: Group photoshoot
    • 10AM: Museum opens
    • Remain at the Museum as long as you would like.


  • Lunch provided by Pohanka Acura: 13911 Lee Jackson Memorial Hwy, Chantilly VA
    • Distance: approximately 3 miles
    • 11AM – 1PM: Lunch at Pohanka Acura
    • 12PM – 1PM: Depart no later than 1PM for the Skyline Drive.


  • Skyline Drive: 17157 Skyline Dr, Front Royal, VA
    • Distance: approximately 52 miles to Skyline Drive
    • Length of Skyline Drive: 40 miles (roughly 2 hours with stops)
    • 1PM: We recommend being at the start of the Skyline Drive by 1PM


  • Return to Gaylord Resort: 201 Waterfront St, Forest Heights, MD
    • Distance: approximately 90 miles
    • 3PM – 4PM: We recommend departing the Skyline Drive between 3-4pm
    • The exit you will want to take out of Skyline Drive is the Thornton Gap Entrance Station.
    • It will take roughly 2 hours to return to the Gaylord


  • Pirelli Dinner Boat Cruise departs at National Harbor Dock
    • Distance: 0.2 miles, roughly 5 min walk from hotel
    • We recommend walking along the water front path
    • 6PM boarding begins for the boat cruise
    • 7PM boat departs, don’t miss it!

Saturday

  • Indoor Judged Concourse
    • Gaylord Resort Exhibit Hall E
    • 6:30AM – 8:30AM: Concourse participant load in
    • 9AM – 2PM: Concourse Judging
    • 2:30PM – 4:30PM: Concourse participant load out
    • Concourse vehicles must remain in the Hall until 2:30 PM.


  • Breakfast provided by Common Fibers
    • Gaylord Resort Exhibit Hall E
    • 7AM – 9AM: Coffee & Pastries. Decaf and Tea available.


  • Indoor Car & Vendor show
    • Check the Digital Schedule near the Acura Presentation booth for a detailed schedule as the day progresses. The times below are subject to change, the display board will have the latest updates
    • 10:30AM: Acura Presentation for NC1 owners on recalls and future updates. Be sure to attend!


  • Lunch provided by Science of Speed
    • Gaylord Resort Exhibit Hall E
    • 12PM – 1:30PM: Italian Lunch Buffet including Soups & Salads, herb roasted chicken breast, market fish, mushroom & pea paccheri pasta, green lentils, and locally sourced vegetables. There will be desert “minis” of orange ricotta cannoli, tiramisu shooters, and vegan raspberry mousse shooters

  • Shuttle Transportation to Washington DC
    • We have arranged for free shuttle service that will transport you from National Harbor to downtown Washington DC.
    • Departures: 9, 10, 11AM from East Exit of Gaylord Resort, towards the Parking Garage
    • Returns: 3, 4, 5PM from Washington DC, location to be determined


  • Old Town Trolley
    • For a full Washington DC tour experience, we recommend an Old Town Trolley Pass (https://www.trolleytours.com/washington-dc)
    • The Trolley will pick you up directly from the Gaylord at 8:35AM and returns at 5:30PM
    • The Trolley is a hop on/hop off system and there are a LOT of them throughout DC, so it is a great way to see a lot of different areas (map of stops: https://www.trolleytours.com/washington-dc/map)
    • There are 3 options for passes
      • $45 Silver – basic service
      • $55 Gold – includes the water taxi which is useful for National Harbor
      • $65 Platinum – 2-day version of the Gold pass

  • Silent Auction
    • Many items will be on display throughout the day at the Car/Vendor show, be sure to check them out and prepare your bids!
    • Items will be on display and bidding will open during the cocktail hour
    • 8PM Final bids accepted, and auction will close
  • Acura Banquet Dinner
    • Riverview Ballroom
    • 7:30PM – 11PM
    • Our guest speaker is John Davis: Producer, Host, and Creator of Motorweek, television’s original and longest running automotive series.
    • A few words from Ted Klaus, former Global Development Leader for the second generation NSX and the current president at Honda Performance Development.
    • Live auction of amazing items
    • Announcement of Concourse winners
    • Announcement of new NSXCA Club Officers
    • Announcement of the location for NSXPO 2020

Sunday
Please join us at the Pienza Marketplace located in the Lower Atrium for a Sunday Breakfast/Brunch before your departure.

Out of curiosity, any car washing services available or an area to do it yourself? I know previous XPO's had similar setups
 
Yep - we have a DIY area setup on the rooftop of the parking garage and we may have a few vendors on hand to do some washing.
