I have a NA1 head unit and a CD changer with all the brackets. When I purchased the head unit, the NSX fellow told me that the unit was working. Unfortunately, it doesn't work in my NA2, it makes a crackling sound. This being said, it powers on and switches from FM to AM to CD. The head unit is in good cosmetic condition. The CD changer works fine and comes with spare mounting brackets.
