Offset?

hey guys, its been 4 days now since I purchased a NSX.

I want some rims, but I'm clueless as to which ones fit my car.

I really liked the way the ADR Kasai's look but it appears they have discontinued that model...does anyone know of rims that look similar to those? - and can any of you explain what the heck an offset is?
