Paintless Dent Repair

Has anyone had door dings that were NOT able to be fixed with dent repair? Are there certain spots that can't be reached or are unable to be fixed?

I have had a dent repair kit for years and used it on 745 bmw(door panels thin), rx7, 323, g35....all removed the dings as if they were never there after a couple of pulls....But i have one on my red nsx....I have tried 20 times and it just want pull out like the other ones....

A dent repair place told me they would try for free, but I havent had the time to take it yet....
