I might be in for this.

Missed the last one and I can't make this one either :frown:.

I'll try to make it...if my car is ready...

I was on top of Palomar at the observitory a few days ago with my NSX. The weather was perfect so I had lunch at the top and stayed around to hang out with some Ducatti guys for a while. I went up the tight side (S6) and it was in great condition, but the road surface on the long side (S7) had a few loose spots so I'd take it easy on that one. Have fun guys, I want to go but I'll be in Utah on the 10th.

Hey Mark...killer date/time pick. Patty (my friend with her new S2000) and I were going to tool around the southland early that Sunday morning, but hadn't picked a route yet.

We'll be there, and be thankful for no ice this time!

a few highschool kids died up there yesterday :frown: watch for the cops and be safe!!

Unless I missed someting, they were supposed to graduate today at Perris HS. Granted they were driving like idiots, but the point was that the local law will be out in force to show the community they are paying attention. check the news :frown: Just trying to save you a ticket, all im saying is watch the speeds, not stop the drive :frown: I'd be there if I did not have to work.

no problem...but when you say "up there" sounds like you were referring to Palomar Mtn...The kids died on the freeway, no where near Palomar Mtn...It's unfortunate, but people die every day in car accidents in southern california..So it was kinda out of place to post that in regards to this thread....

Thanks for your concern though...

If the accident happened in/near Escondido that is South about 15 miles of Palomar Mtn.

 my bad.

Matt's just trying to look out for us.....I would be concerned also if the cops were itching to pull modded looking cars just for tickets, because of that crash. I don't want to go on this drive and come back with a bunch of fix it tickets or speeding tickets.

You can get that just driving down to the mall.

once again, the kids died on the FREEWAY about 30 miles south of Palomar Mtn...
