This is a polished shift knob for the NSX. It's a direct screw-in fit. It's weighted for smooth positive shifts. It's got a slight blemish that can be polished out but it really didn't bother me (it's negligible). It's significantly shorter than the factory knob so you can get that cool short shifter feeling
