Problem posting car for sale

When posting a NSX for sale how long does it typically take to post. Does it have to be approved or have I done something wrong.

Because you are a brand new account and your first post is a For Sale Ad the thread automatically goes through moderation. It's been reviewed and cleared and should be showing now in the for sale area.
