Question regarding broken steering wheel

Last night as I was taking a hard turn my button for the horn on the steering wheel came off.. I tried to put it back in yet 2 of the tabs broke off.

anyone know if I can order the part seperatley?

If it is just the buttons you are in luck

Becouse if it is clockspirale then it will coust you $400

My horn buttons stop working after a hard turn and dealer troubleshoot it for me and they diagnose not the buttons but the clockspindle that is right after the steering wheel. It is like 6 feel of tape wire winded clock wise in a roll.

Steering wheel should make 1.5 turn to right and 1.5 left. 3 Full circles all together if it does more then 1.5 each way then the spirale tape might brake.
