Rdx injectors and High flow cats question

has anyone done the rdx injectors upgrade with the high flow cats on their NA2 nsx? My concern is with these upgrades and a fine tune (i understand you also need an AEM fic), will the car still pass the california smog emission? can anyone shine in on this. thanks

Aftermarket cats don't technically pass the visual inspection (assuming they know what they're looking for).
