I am looking for the part number of the bolt to the lower part of the front fender. In the diagram I can see a representation of the top 3 bolts but am unable to see anywhere what the bottom bolt is.

And is there suppose to be any washers with it.

I have an 05 so its the bolt you see if you remove the side skirt where that part on the front has the double sided tape is

It looks maybe like #44 but i cant tell for sure.
