I just bought a Seibon NSX-R CF spoiler and (as expected) the brake light wiring is on the wrong side. What's the easiest way to go about resolving this asides from just not hooking it up?

easy enough, used a dremmel to cut a hole on the correct side and re-ran the wiring. fitment is "good enough" but it could certainly be better. I'd give it a 7/10 on fitment 
This is a pretty well known problem. I'm glad you got it fixed.
Congrats on the spoiler. You must've gotten the "new" batch, but the wiring should've been addressed, as it was mentioned here before. I have the old one in my garage because the fitment is horrible, with the same wiring issue.
