Hi, can i use a steering hub adapter from another Honda or is it unique?

It’s not unique, one of the early 90s Prelude generations can share steering wheels with the NSX.

I have a Momo hub that was made for a ‘92 prelude that fits the NSX. It was on my car at one time. It’s for sale if you want it.

You can get an OEM NSX-R hub from Amayama for a decent price. Their international shipping rates are very affordable, they are based in Japan and I buy stuff from there all the time.
