Strobe lights inside my headlamp assembly

Will I be able to buy Strobe lights to be installed in my headlamp assembly?

Supernsx, My friend from Norfolk, VA had strobe lights on his 92 wht/blk NSX. Unfortunately, they came with the car, so I can't ask him were he got them from. I think they are illegal
