STS turbo mount turbo in rear like NSX

Just like to share a find.

Seem like the new GT ball bearing turbo can be pretty versatile. STS turbo are using them and mount them in place of where the muffler will go on Trucks and cars. They call it "Remote Mount". Reminded me where the NSX turbo would be located.

Seem like a good idea for low boost setups.

According to article turbo lag is minimal.

i'm not getting how this kit is so different that it's patent pending. If i decide to mount the turbos on the roof can i get it patented?
