Sub Enclosure

Anybody out there with a DIY Subwoofer Enclosure that they put on their passenger side replacing the stock bose unit? I ask this because I want to make my own enclosure but I want to get a general idea on how other people made theirs. If its possible can you post some dimensions or a how-to of an enclosure.

Thank you for the wonderful information. What wax do I use to make it slide back out nicely once the resin has cured and dried?

I just used a paste automotive wax I had handy - you can buy release agents specifically for that application if you like; I know that Tap-Plastics has different types of release materials available.

p.s. Can you mail me back the info I sent you? I don't have a copy & it is a lot to re-create!
