Sub help needed:

Does anyone recognize this logo on this Sub? Is in my 92' I just bought a few months back, car has a nice Alpine radio, MB Quart component set in doors, and an XT603 Xtant amp in the back, but I've never see any sub like this...?

Turn it over and it makes a stylized "N", kinda.
