Sunvisor replacement

Hey Guys,
The roof of my car is gray. I was looking at part numbers for a replacement from Acura and I'm not sure if I'm getting the right product.
The part number is : 83280-SL0-A50ZB for the left and 83230-SL0-A04ZA for the right.
They are interpreted as "half-black" on the Delray website?

what does "half-black" mean? Gray? Is that Acura's way of saying Gray?

Anyone with experience replacing these please point me in the right direction!

reason for replacement: the foam inside is hardened and the seams have separated widely apart like a torn up old pillow case.

Yes, half black is grey. Neighbor just ordered it, but he is not thrilled with the 1993+ warning sticker on BOTH sides of the driver visor.

YUCK about the sticker on both sides issue.

Question: Is their a model year with a mirror on both driver and passenger sides? My '93 has it just on the passenger side and I'd like it on both (as well as fixing the split visors)
