The telescopic lever of my nsx is somehow stucked. Too afraid to push it down too hard.

I know of another instance. Member RedDye#9 (Robert) has a stuck lever. Several of us have tried, gingerly, to break it free but did not succeed. I would try removing the plastic clam shell covers to exposes the inner workings and spraying it with Liquid Wrench, or some such.
