MEXICO CITY - A television actor and dancer killed in a traffic crash was violating laws by driving his motorcycle on a highway and filming without a permit, prosecutors in Mexico's capital said today.

WTF? Was that intentional for the car to run down the bikers? Seems odd that there would be two cameras filming it from different angles. And they both pretty much were filming the car which plowed down everyone.

They were filming a commercial, and yes it was a drunk driver...
