Ah, I see. What I like is that Freshbooks allows 3rd-party additions. So I use their free iPhone app, and/or a dashboard widget on my Mac to start & stop the clock and then submit the hours when I'm done.
TSheets time tracking software is a good one that I know integrates with QuickBooks. When QuickBooks discontinued their time tracker I was able to transfer all my info into TSheets (they actually did it for me!) and I'm finding that TSheets has better time tracking features and reports than QB ever had!
Another software you could try aside from Freshbooks is Time Doctor. I would highly recommend you try it to 2-3 people first and see the result. This has been a proven software to track hours worked and sends reports in a daily/weekly basis.
