Listing this under 'Memorabilia' since I'd highly recommend that anyone just buy the SoS delete kit if you're worried at all about your screws backing out. Could make a cool wall art piece or something I suppose; in excellent shape cosmetically and worked fine for ~140k miles.
That said, I did check it after removing and everything looks good and didn't wiggle, so if you really, really wanted to, I guess you could use this as intended. I'd question why you wouldn't just buy and install the SoS blank if you were going to be taking the intake manifold off anyway, but more power to you
