Tochigi

Hi Everyone!
Have any of you been to Tochigi? Is it open to the public? Just wondering what it's like. My Dad has been to the American Honda headquarters and he said it was nice but nothing real special. On the other hand, he said that Toyota's American headquarters was really dressed up nice.

No auto maker's facilities are "open" to the public (i.e. you can't just drop in and walk around) but pre-arranged tours are given from time to time.
