I would have been surprised if Tony Stewart was found guilty. After seeing the video, I couldn't imagine him being able to react in time to avoid the guy.

When the yellow caution flag goes out you are to drive between 30 and 40 mph. So TS could not avoid hitting KW @ these speeds?
