Trick or Treat:)

What happened to the front end? In the first shot the splitter and bumper are all intact- in the second shot the splitter supports are gone and the entire front bumper and lip look like they got hit?

Maybe its just my eyes?

2nd pic was at Buttonwillow with crappy clips that held the front bumper/splitter on. We modified the system for Laguna Seca in the 1st pic.

Here are some pics of the new set-up for our Unlimited Time Attack NSX. We would like to thank our new sponsors BFG Tires, RC Injectors, Exedy, FIX at the Bellagio, and Stack at Mirage for making this next evolution possible. We are hoping to continue our winning ways this season. Some season highlights this year include The Long Beach Grand Prix, Modified Magazine Tuner Car of the Year Shootout, GT Live, and of course Redline Time Attack!

Congrats, car looks too good to wheel to wheel race. But If you clean up on time attack/solo 1 type competition and could line up some deep sponsors then you could consider finding a series to wheel to wheel.Or heck set the car up for some massive oversteer and D1.Billy likes to go sideways:wink:

looks great Mike!
i just hope you put half as much love into my car as you do that car.

can't wait to get it back!

I'm sure he will do his best!

We actually have two wheel to wheel races this year if we qualify. One at VIR and the other at Miller. We could actually change directions and go the car show or HIN route and clean up but that would be a travesty! Lets not encourage Billy to go sideways we already hear enough of that already from him:biggrin:

Well let us know what series and class so I can follow along!

I love that car. Adore that car. Love it all, from the paint (what is it?) to the single center exit exhaust.

Is it still street legal or will I have to do stuff to it WHEN I BUY IT FROM YOU?

Not really sure what kind of paint it is. California Autobody did the work and it was meant as just something to wear until we decide what color we wanted. Now it looks like we are keeping it. It is not a streetlegal car, and who knows it may go up for sale in the future as we are building another one and are exploring the idea of jumping into a Cayman platform.

We just finished up shooting the car yesterday. Wait till you see it on the cover of Modified Magazine next month its amazing what they did with the car.

i still love the ridiculous exhaust you had to run at Laguna Seca (mazda speedway?) those sound regulations are ridiculous.

We still have it on the shelf just in case... We would love to go back to Laguna Seca and crush our old time:wink:

B,

Maybe this will help distinguish the two black Las Vegas widebody NSXs:biggrin:

Honestly though, the black satin is just a base coat that we are using right now. It will eventually have a three color set-up.

Someone finally built my toy car.

I would love to know what your plans would be with the Cayman, maybe the 3.8 swap.

Same with us:) Probably MoTeC powered widebody turbo... But who knows this NSX has sooooo much more left in it is ridiculous.

send me a messege when you guys decide to sell it and maybe we will work something out

We will keep you in mind if it goes up for sale. We also have a NEW widebody being made as we speak, hopefully it is something the community will like. If you are interested in a build let us know.

We will be there October 3rd-5th for GTLIVE. If we qualify we will be running in a wheel to wheel event.
