Thats terrible... life is so unpredictable.
It seems as if a good number of these Carrera GTs have been in accidents. Perhaps too much power/speed compared to driver skill? It probably wouldn't be a bad idea if some of these high end vehicles came with a complimentary performance driving lesson.

Ben was a super cool car enthusiast that brought his CGT out to Crystal Cove a lot. As I understand it from Ferrarichat... he swerved to miss another car who entered the track at a bad time and lost it at nearly 150 mph. There were no corner workers or flag workers on the track.
Tragic.

Some reports indicate that this is not true. Apparently the pit-out worker waved the Ferrari Stradale onto the track, and the Ferrari hesitated a couple of seconds, then went (even though the pit-out crew then tried stopping him).Da Hapa said:
