Seems like all the mods you listed here are promoting understeering, aka pushy...
I will agree titaniumdave suggested, switch to a same tire front and rear. I believed the rear is a little too wide, switching to a narrower rears would make the car more balance yet more cost effective. 255 or 265 would be a good choice.
you may also stiffen the rear to get it more tail happy, in your case, decrese oversteer... just a rule of thumb, not always working that way, best would be adjust it and take a test drive and then try to find the best setting for yourself.
playing with the tire pressure would help too.
