Urgent offset question (please help)

I was going to get 5-Zigen FN01R-C, 7x17 or 8x17 et=35 front and 9x17 et=35 rear.

But 5-Zigen tells me to go with et=43 front and et=46 rear.

I fear that the calipers will touch the wheels (in the front I think). Who is right ????

Well this is what I have with pictures!!!
She has the 5Zigen FN01R-C Hyperblack 17/17.
17x8 - 43 offset front - 225/35/17 - no ecc. ring required.
17x9 - 43 offset rear - 255/40/17 - Pather hub rings HR72-6415(72.62/64.15mm).
Gorilla Chrome lug nut and lock system - 91733 - 12mmx 1.50 Bulge Acorn.
No TCS or rubbing issue.
No spacers
