Call it a hunch, but something just doesn't look right there. 2600miles in 23months? The car either changed owners and became a garage queen or it was sitting in a lot or somewhere for quite a long time.
If you look at the carfax you will see that the car changed title ownership just before and just after you point out the 2600 miles... seems that that owner didn't use it as much as the owner before or after...
this does not seem unusual to me.
