What is a 1992 NSX Worth?

I am looking at buying a 1995 NSX. As a result, if I buy the 1995, I will sell my 1992.

My 1992 has 45,000 miles, black over ivory, new tires, just serviced (replaced timing belt, water pump and had snap-ring fixed at 32,000 miles). No modifications. The car is in excellent condition. I really baby it! It does have some small chips on the front end. I am looking for some input regarding what I should ask for it.
