First it has to point to the image file, not the html file. Then you bracket it like this
Also make sure the caps match too. Go into edit mode on my post to see the coding.

I noticed the dash looked like the NSX's, but I didn't want to say that because I could be wrong. The things people make up...

Whose, not who's. Who's is a contraction for "Who is", which doesn't make sense here. Whose means the person to whom something belongs.
