OK, I had a car go over the hill nearby. Don't know what type of car, but it left behind a new RH power mirror assembly.
The housing, mirror and internals appear to be good (mirror built on 07/2003...but no part numbers). The mirror is in excellent condition.
Yours for the price of USPS shipping....let me know.
