WTB: NA1 5 speed in or near California for under $46k

Hi Prime, I’m in search of a 1st gen NSX to buy in or near California, NorCal preferred but not required. I’m not a dealer, just a private buyer looking for my bucket-list dream car. What I’m looking for:

- Under $46,000; lower is better
- Higher mileage ok if well maintained and for right price
- Light mods ok, closer to stock is better
- Strongly prefer not lowered, will scrape on driveway; if lowered, lifters would be a welcome bonus
- Any color
- Pop-up headlights preferred
- Clean title preferred; branded title ok if thoughtfully discounted
- Will travel further for the right car, right price; If super far, willing to give FaceTime a shot to check things out
