The only reason I haven't done the other conversion offered is like you said, the $2000+ price tag. If it ends up costing close to that much, even though it's a whole new set of tail lights, I won't do it. I spent lots of money on my cars, but I'm not about to spend thousands on tail lights...

The dash unit is another seperate monitor. I can play video from a rear view camera, DVD, iPod video, etc. on the dash monitor. In the photos the top screen is selected to DVD and the bottom screen is selected to Garmin GPS. I'll be taking better pics when I get my new DLSR camera, an Olympus E-3.
