I noticed that the synchronizer springs in my gearbox, show some sign of usage, wow, you can see that the synchro sleeves have been over them. (about 100.000 miles) Now, since the syncro sleeve only touches them on one side, would it be wise to turn them around, so the 'fresh' side will be used...
