Kevin; The wheels are the OEM 7 spoke wheels that came painted silver from the factory in 95, I had them polished (not chromed) at Wheel Techniques in Campbell,Ca. The aluminum wheels buff out really well, they did a really good job.

on the NSX, the Power Steering unit is electronic so no belts involved, it's a nice piece of engineering work. I had the same problem on my 95 but went away after I had the front tires replaced.
