I just wanted to give a heads-up to everyone who travels on Interstate 680 (Pleasant Hill/Concord/Martinez Area). CalTrans is doing some major re-paving on the freeway which is basically turning the freeway into a gravel pit. The roads aren't as bad as they were 2 weeks ago but given tha amount of semi-trucks and SUV's, rocks are still being thrown into the air which can do major damage to our beloved NSX's, or any other car for that matter. I was on my way to work and found out the hard way. I basically had to slow down to about 40 mph and leave plenty of distance between me and the car in front of me. The paving begins in Martinez, right after the Arthur Road/Pacheco exit (if you are travelling south on 680) and continues all the way to the Gregory Lane Exit (Concord). I defintely recommend taking the side-streets if you have to travel on 680 and aren't rushed for time.
