I kinda want to see what this poor girl looks like. By using you math, and the two years of the 'incident' (2001 or 2003) she is of legal age by now. So, if she was 15 and looked 25, by now she is at least 18. So she would look 28 by now. That is a fair statement right? So lets see if this 18 year old looks 28. I find it hard to believe that a 15 year old would look 10 years older than she is. Yea maybe a 15 year old could pass for 17-19 now-a-days, but 10 years????

He then attempted to cover up his lies by deleting images in his gaming/spam site directory that showed his car with his license plate fully visible. By now the contradictory evidence became overwhelming and the "can't pass up a train wreck viewers" became glued to their screens.

This all started with a lie and some spam.

Now I am willing to play devil's advocate for a moment. I recognize that a registered SO has difficulty getting legitimate employment as well as finding a place to live. Based upon your description of being the mother "of two of his children" I would presume he has more children out wedlock as well. Assuming he is the good father you portray him as, I would like to think that he is doing what he can to support his children. Perhaps he turned to online gambling as a stopgap measure to get him through the post-conviction phase. I don't know if that is the case because we have never heard from the "real" Nick, the one who might like the world to know he made a mistake as a 21 year old and is not the type hanging out in playgrounds for entertainment. We have only heard from the lying, sociopathic "Nick" who attempted to prey on unsuspecting website forums to spam a gaming website as one might prey on a 14 year old.

I would also like to think that the Kim who is a mother of 2 would not be pleased to see private photos of her displayed for all to see on Nick's myspace page. After all, the internet is available to all and most moms would not like the world to see photos of them bending over a pool table while being scantily clad.

This thread has become viral because people just love to see a liar getting caught. I may be dating myself but that was always the highlight of the Perry Mason shows as well as Columbo. It made for good TV and now with the internet it makes for "entertaining" cyber surfing fodder.

I would suggest this, whether you be Nick, Kim or a concerned friend of Kim's. It is probably way too late to put a bandaid on this hemorrhage but a tourniquet might help. In addition to people watching Nascar for the car wrecks, people also love those Oprah moments when someone is able to redeem himself. Why don't we try for one of those Oprah feel good moments to ring in the new year.

Nick, come back as the "real you". Own up to your indiscretions and accept responsibility for your actions. If Kim is real as she claims, then the final "ownage" has occurred. You have been outed by your fiancee. The lies have come full circle and what we all knew to be true has been verified by the mother of your children.

Don't let your kids grow up to learn their dad was the "most owned" liar of 2007. Let them see their dad as being worthy of their respect, someone like many who made mistakes in life but learned from them, and then work on being a faithful, loving husband and father and turn your life around.

Let that be the viral thread of 2008.

I do want to take the time to say this. There is one positive about this whole thread. It is bringing together automotive enthusiast from all over the globe. Weather you drive and import or domestic, Ford or Chevy, Nissan, Subaru, Acura, Honda, Dodge, Lexus all of them putting there ‘street’ differences aside to become united as one to flame and own this spammer, liar, scammer, and sex offender.

I might be wrong but the picture of Kim from myspace does not look like the girl bending over the pool table in Nick's myspace site. I have to wonder if "kim" even knew about nick's myspace site. As someone mentioned earlier, by viewing Nick's myspace one would assume he was single.

I was watching a modeling TV show the other day and aspiring models are trying out for an agency. I'm looking at this one attractive girl thinking mid-20's. She was not accepted to the agency because they wanted her to finish school first. SHE WAS 14!!!! WTF!!!

I don't know what happened with Nick, I'm not defending him, but it is EXTREMELY easy for some teenage girls to pass themselves off as MUCH older than they really are. I'm not judging Nick at all on his SO record, I don't know enough details to do that, I'm just annoyed by his spamming and lying, but I do think that this has really snowballed into something where the punishment outweighs the offense. As RSO said, it would be nice if he would just apologize to NSXprime, go away and let this thread die. Perhaps Lud will even choose to lock it if there is an apology issued.

RSO 34 - I agree with your points

KIM_NSX - if you are Nick's significant other I have a word of advice - don't waste your limited financial resources on a lawsuit - it won't stop anything and all it will do is take money away from your children - which, considering Nick's poor financial planning (not meant as an insult - but his purchases of cars relative to your net worth is illogical $63k for NSX 60k+ for Porsche but you live with a $200k+ mortgage and I can assume you aren't earning more than $50k at your job - I don't know what Nick makes, but I can't assume it is huge and since the industry is already illegal, it is a sunset business, so soon he may be out of work)

What I'm trying to say, save your money on the friviolous lawsuits that even if you win you will only get "satisfaction" not cash damages (too hard to define) as well, you will simply make this whole thing EVEN MORE public - if thats possible, since it is likely to garner national or international media attention.

My best, and honest advice - Go away, stay silent on the whole thing, don't respond, and stop reading the forum.

This whole thing will disappear before your kids are old enough to read - they won't even know about it - unless you start a lawsuit that will eat up the money that should be building your family's stability for the future.

Nick, you were ignorant (as in lack of knowledge and forward thinking) when you started this whole tempest, I'm sure you've learned "a" lesson, I'm uncertain if you've learned the right one.

The right one is "if you don't throw mud you'll never have dirty hands". You sir, have thrown enough mud to need a shower - stop now before your whole life ends up being about the mistake you made trying to promote your business - which was, on the scale of things just a brief moment in your life.

Back in 1998, I busted a spammer who was like your sleazy sweetie. His name is David Smith who lived in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina - a small town of 15,000. He's not too far away, so maybe y'all know him

He got sued for using a company's email servers to send out spam advertising for porn and *gambling* web sites. I don't know the result of the lawsuit, but porn and gambling are not particularly well-liked in small Southern towns.

Trouble is, nobody in town knew about the lawsuit or about the porn.

That is, until I called the local paper. Heh heh heh. A local boy being sued for millions of dollars for sending ads for GAMBLING and PORN in the INTERNET was very news worthy back in 1998. He made the front page.

He deserved it because he is a sleazy spammer, just like your Nick deserves what is happening to him. Your Nick has other bad attributes in addition to being sleazy. He is arrogant, belligerent, stupid, and dishonest. What a terrible combination.

If he had just gone away, none of this would have happened. But he didn't. He chose to stay and wound up fanning the flames. As I said, arrogance, belligerence, stupidity, and dishonesty make a terrible combination.

As for you Kim (if you aren't another one of Nick's sock puppets) . . . I don't know about arrogance or honesty, but your belligerence and stupidity show.

By posting, you hurt your cause. You breathe new life into the thread. Not only that, you threaten a net.lawsuit! You just rile the crowd when you do that. Sort of like when your Nick insulted everyone.

Here's a hint for you: If someone has, in fact, come by your house, the admins and other posters have no responsibility. The ownage here is legendary, and if you sue, you will only generate MORE publicity. And you will gain NOTHING. It won't even make it to trial.

It won't cost the board owner anything either. The legal fund will overflow. Spamming sex offenders who try to shut down discussion boards generate lots of anger, and that's what generates donations.

I know you and your Nick are resistant to learning, but maybe you will realize that the best move is to cut your losses and walk away. But if you want to continue, by all means do so. Nothing like drama!
 
If the admins of this board want to thwart Nick's nefarious plans, they need to deactivate the live hyperlinks throughout this thread that point to his various online gambling sites.

Look into ”Search Engine Optimization” a little and you'll see what I mean. A big part of the way Google, Yahoo, and other search engines determine how highly to rank a site is based on its inbound links - the more a site has, and the more highly-ranked the sites linking to it are, the better it will tend to rank in Google.

This thread is now linked to from about a billion websites, and it is in turn linking out to his online gambling sites (he removed his posts but not until they had been copied and reposted, live hyperlinks and all, by others). This means that while his posts here are unlikely to win him gamblers directly from this forum, they are succeeding quite well as "linkbait".

Anyway, if you don't want him or his sites to 'win,' kill all the hyperlinks that point to his sites (you can leave the text of the URLs in for people to copy and paste, but if they are live links, then the search engines will count them and make it that much more likely that his pages will come up when people are searching for online blackjack and pokerrooms.

You can already see this thread showing up as a Inbound Link in Yahoo here: - as well as a lot of the other forums that he's been spamming with links to his site.

As the father of a 16yo, I can tell you she could easily pass for 18, and could when she was 14. We keep the shotgun loaded and keep a close eye on both kids.

Kim, the only thing I have to ask, is what are you going to do when your daughter(s) get to being teenagers, and a 24 yo man start dating and having relations with your minor daughters? Are you going to sit back and blame it oh the fact they look old enough? a lawsuit would not come out in your favor. It would be tough to find a jury that appreciates spam and pedophiles. It would only get ugly. Thou should not throw brown stuff into a 200mph gale force, results are not pretty.

Nick, this thread was actually starting to die. Coming back and registering under new names did absolutely nothing to help your cause. threatening lawsuits is a waste of time. Contact your attorney, and explain how you got suitcases full of money running illegal gambling sites while probably still under probation. Oh, and by the way, does the IRS know about these suitcases of money? Good Attorney will start preparing a defense for parole violation, and potential IRS implications. Bad attorney will start running a tab up just to milk what little money you may or may not have. So far your jailhouse and internet lawyering hasn't done you well. My advice is to quietly walk away and hope like hell this dies down and doesn't further add to your legal complications. It's more then likely too late for that.

What the HELL?? You should be the first, only and then the last religious site to post on here. Your attempt to spread the religious right and Christian views is just as bad as Nick's Spamming his gambling sites. It is like one in the same.
