As I understand it, it's just a Google-ified Linux distro. Not really sure what it gives me that Ubuntu doesn't, but I'll wait and see.

Google Chrome sucks. The new OS will beta non-event. On the other hand, been using Windows 7 for a while now (on build 7264 currently) and it rocks.
