ScienceofSpeed is excited to release the ScienceofSpeed Supercharger System for Acura NSX at NSXPO 2005.

The system on display is our pre-production model. The system has been in development for more than 2 years. Once our durability tests and production components are manufactured, the system will be released for public sale. We anticipate a release date of early December.

Please come and see our silver 1992 NSX on display with the system at NSXPO in our booth on Saturday. Additional information will be provided after NSXPO.

Information and an additional photo below.

Thanks for your support,

You are the man!

What are you using for fuel management?

How does this system compare Torque wise to the CTSC?

How does the brace fit for for 95+?

Will it fit under the stock engine cover?

Hot Lava!!!

Isn't the CTSC a roots type SC? So how would that differ from this one? I imagine that this one would put out more peak HP, but perhaps less tq down low? And yeah, where did the coolent tank go?

Outstanding ! ! ! !

Good job, Chris - a few questions / comments.

Who is that in the rear window reflection that is wearing a red shirt?

What manufacturer is the SC?

What is the box-looking thingee in the place of the fuel pump resister?

Why is the fuel pump resistor aft of the alternator?

Suggest instead of welded piping into the throttle body, have a one-piece mandrel-bent pipe......would look much nicer.

Where is the coolant reservoir?

All in all, a very nice and compact layout.

Holy Smoke! in time for Christmas
The price of the unit is also very reasonable, big thumbs up.

So this in combination with the new AEM EMS for OBDII has us NA2 guys smiling now.
Has SoS done any testing with this combo to see what it will put down?

Looks cool. For those that are 'dyno impaired'...what does 90 rear wheel horsepower translate to at the crank??

This holds promise....but I will wait and see how it holds up after the first few people pony up, buy them, and run them for a while.

wouldn't 90rwhp be 102-103 at the crank?

Anyone think 120rwhp gain is possible with AEM and aftercooler?

hi guys --

Thank you for your questions. The system is based around the Procharger PSC-1 model which allows us to mount belt side eliminating the need for a jack shaft. The system is our own product and is not the system that was being worked on by Dali Racing.

The system has been designed to work with the targa car's shock tower brace as well as the coupe engine cover. Targa top clearancing to be determined.

The system displayed is the pre-production unit that we have been driving around at NSXPO. We are finalizing coolant bottle design and component bracketry.

Once we finalize testing in about 2 months, we will be offering further information including dyno comparisons.

Thanks for the support,
