What do you think of the new Imola Orange?

I've seen the color at Neillo Acura in Sacramento. I, and a couple of other NSX owners didn't like the color at all. But if you like it, that is the only thing that counts. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The last color I'd choose for a car is Green, but when I saw the NSX I now own in person, I quickly changed my mind.

I had the opportuity to see an imola orange with interior to match at Laguna Seca During the Cart races. In my opinion and my friend's that was with me it was gorgeous. If i ever ordered one it would be that color combo.

It seems no one like the Imola Orange. Get the blue or yellow if you want to sell it at higher price later on. For my second NSX, I will get Imola Orange or Red. I am wondering if the Imola Orange color is the same as the Orange 350Z though (which will make the color too common). Have anyone seen Orange NSX and 350Z?

Since you're in the Bay Area, you might want to check out the Acura dealership in Redwood City. They had one in the showroom two weeks ago.

I saw it at the Dallas Car show.. I really wanted to like it, but it was not too pretty IMO.

Pick up the Best Motoring Video. They almost always test an imola orange NSX. That way you can see the car in action as well. These are wallpapers straight from the best motoring website:

If exclusivity means anything, it's worth considering. I've never seen one in person.

I saw and sat in the one in Redwood City about 2 months ago. It has the matched interior, and the car is beautiful! I would love to have one.

Personally,
I very much like the Imola Orange (I also like the 2002 facelift as well).

It's like fine wine ; gets better with age. I know you guys will come around pretty soon.

In my book, Imola Orange is the 2nd BEST looking color on an NSX, right behind Long Beach Blue. It is the color of choice for BestMotoring Video for their representation of the pre 02 S-zero. I've seen and test drove the orange 02 at Acura 101 West in Calabasas earlier this year (it was the same car they used in this year's LA Auto Show), and that particular one had a Cameleon-like clear coating that shines in all colors of the spectrum from every light angle. Man that was SWEET! If only Zanardi's come in colors other than Red...Sigh..

I love the color. I had a 95 probe gt that was very similar in color. The color was the reason I bought the car. People always commented on the color. Some said they loved it some said they hated it, never any common ground between them. Love it or hate it they both had to look.

Here's another pic straight off Acura's website:

You ain't kidding.

But then again, ANY low pro road cars look like an SUV (yes even Lambos too) when they stand next to any open wheel racers.
