What years have EPS?

I just saw this thread:

The poster shows he has a 93, but the thread suggests an EPS issue.
I have a 94 and I don't have any wiring to my rack, so I presume no EPS.
What year cars had EPS?

According to the wiki page, all automatic came with EPS.
Starting in 1995, EPS became standard for manuals.

the 94 cars are an interesting mix of some subtle changes that were similar to the upcoming 95 OBD-2 cars
