Real estate appreciates in value, a car depreciates. Don't wait to buy your home, buy it now and then wait! You can always get the NSX later. Even in a market that seems to be in a bubble, this investment should be long term. Just make sure you are comfortable with the payments. My 2 cents...

Thanks D'Ecosse. You are indeed the master! Just trying to wire up a pair of JDM fog lights. Excellent tip but have not decided if I should bring the wire across or just locate the switch inside the glove compartment. Either way I'm sure your advise will come in handy in another project...
