Looking to buy a few things from DALI, Experiences?

You are rolling the dice when you send Mark money. While a lot of people here have purchased from him with no issues, when there is a problem it is significant; he will refuse to refund your money and will not communicate with you in any way. Basically, his customer service policy is to dare you...

    2000 Silver JH4NA2166YT000076

It was in the IAA system, where they go to be auctioned when the insurance company writes them off and takes possession of them. Some states play looser than others with title status and it may have been pulled back out at some point. But, if it was in the system, the insurance company...

    E85 questions

If you just inject more gas do you make more power? Of course not.

    E85 questions

E85 makes LESS power than gasoline per unit. If you will not see a significant benefit from taking advantage of the increased octane (very high compression or boost) you will make less power. Period.

Which is the best machine shop in the area?

ask Tony Talk to Tony at T1; he has had a couple of nsx motors built locally and can give you some good input. He's a great guy and really knows his stuff. 5121 Grisham Dr Ste A Rowlett, TX 75088 Email: [email protected] Phone: 214-607-9022 Fax: 214-607-9090

To "CAM or not to "CAM"? & Whats the ideal Comp ratio?

my .02 I usually go with 9 to 9.5:1 compression for turbo motors. I have found it to be a good compromise between higher compression (which gives better response, but limits boost, all else equal) and really low compression (more boost, less responsive). For some perspective, in reality, 9.5 is...

Need help finding reputable machine shop to refurbish my engine in Houston

Two Choices Send it to someone who does a lot of nsx motors. As mentioned, SoS has several packages for rebuilds. And, RS Machines does a lot of them for off-road racers. Best of luck with your project.

    pistons and or sleeves?

If all you do is run forged pistons in a C30, you could probably put 550-575 or so hp to the wheels safely. IIRC, SoS has a thread about a build like that with Cody's turbo system on it.

    Stroker Club

That can't be true, Shawn. I heard from this one guy that his cousin's sister's neighbor's cat's vet's receptionist's boyfriend bought something from Dali and it actually showed up. So, that proves he's honest. ; )

    3.6L ScienceofSpeed Engine (NA Stroker)

Damn right, that engine bay is just embarrassing. The only nice part is the awesome powder coating on the intake mani cover and valve covers. ; ) Here ya go - its on its way. Should be there early next week.

    Intake manifold measurement?

Okay, on to another nsx related project. Does anyone in Austin have an intake manifold or intake gasket that is off the car? I need a measurement. Thanks.
