I don't think the state of California cares where you buy your car, you will be open to pay the same fees, registration and taxes whether you buy it in Oregon or California, assuming your friend currently lives (and will remain) in California throughout the purchase and registration process...

Here you go :biggrin: ...The H2 is "sort of" silver, the NSX, Gallardo and E55 are all a very similar bright silver.

To echo Hugh's points (and many others), I still get an amazing kick out of the fact that my NSX is nearly 16 years old, has around 110,000 miles on it, and still gets head scratches, endless questions and of course everyone thinks its brand new, which is so cool. Speaking of...

I've had some service work done and Gran Prix in Wilsonville, they service a number of exotics and did some nice work on my NSX about 6 weeks ago. The guys are good to work with there too and to be honest, seeing your NSX in a bay next to an F40 rather than an 89 Integra is a bit more reassuring ;)

Just reading this post and ran into the same feeling this year. I struggled with it (the feeling) for awhile before finally starting to seriously look around for a solution. At the end of the day I went with the Gallardo, my NSX is still in my garage and I still haven't decided to sell it yet...
