This is very disappointing to hear (not attacking your statement, just making an observation in general). You always get what you pay for and there is no difference with car parts. I consider the NSX to be a unique car and worthy of parts that have a top end fit/finish. There are options on the...
How durable are the parts? I spent a few hours last night looking at options and the one that seemed to produce parts that one could use on a car  was the Solido SD300. This company seems to have gone into receivership though so I'm not sure about support and continued access to materials...
Wow you guys have some cool toys! I remember looking at 3D printers a few years back when there was not really an affordable option. Now you've got me thinking...
I'm honestly glad that I had a motorcycle and have taken all the popper training when I was younger. When I'm in the NSX, I revert back to that extreme defensive driving style because as the OP has said, other cars (when beside you) just don't see you.

1 – Absolutely no rasp
2 – The fit must be great, the exhaust should appear stock
3 – The exhaust...

I just put the Pride V.2 on my 91 (full review coming soon) and I like the sound. The big thing for me was NO RASP. I found that the Pride V.2 was the only exhaust that would provide a deep rumble at lower RPM's and get progressively higher pitched as the RPM increases while emitting NO RASP...
I'm filling up with gas about a month ago and this rough looking homeless guy starts approaching the car. As he gets closer he's like "Aayyyh Mane, is that a 1991 ACURA NSX?!"
me: Uhh yea it is.
him: WOW thats bad ass dude!
me: Thanks, not many people know what kind of cars these are.
him...
That is actually a very nice idea! I was dreaming about owning this car the other day when I saw the thread but could in no way justify buying it, then driving it around town. A specimen like this needs to be PRESERVED in somebody's living room.
