I got smoked by a Neon and I knew they were fairly fast. Mild mods to an SRT4 will but it into the 12's. My car is not stock and is running VERY low 13's and this guy ran away. I later saw a dyno on his car putting down 380 whp. Be cautious!!
I pull my NSX with my Tundra.........
I am quite sure I would take the NSX over the Tundra!!!
I am very confused with your choices?
Sounds to me like you are looking for a practical car that is fun to drive.....
Buy an E46 or even an e36.
If the bike had a passenger, he was not riding more than 60% of the bikes capability. I have an 00 R6 and the bike will go better that the car around hallett by far. My best time in the car a few weeks ago was 131.1. The car had more in it as I did not push the brakes that hard, but I would...
Comptech PG2 with light flywheel. I have about 5k on it and the engagement is smooth. It does have a heavy pedal which I do not mind but my wife hates. I like the clutch.
I believe the stud is just held in place by pressure from the nut. From what I remember the stud just needs to be pulled back in place and tapped back into the stud housing from the rear. You may have to take the rotor off to get access to the back of the assembly.
Ok, I ran this set up last week at Hallett and must say the set up was QUITE good. The car was very neutral and I ran the fastest time of the day by 3 seconds per lap. The car had more time to be made but the brakes pads were not up to the task. I would recommend this set up.
Ok, need some advice. The car is a 93 with eibachs. The car is driven aggressively and will have the 91 alignment. I have already purchased V710's for the front which is a full slick with a rain grove to be DOT legal....treadwear 30, size 215/40/16...on stock 99 wheels. I am limited on the...
The reason for the mismatched tires are two. Firstly, they do not make the correct size in the v700 for the front. And secondly, I would think that the stickier front tire would make the car more neutral and oversteer less. The 215/45/16 is a rare find in any tire.
Am considering the Kumho v700 rear in a 245/40/17 and front V710 215/40/16. Any idea on tire life and TCS issues. The front is 22.8 diameter compared to stock at 23.6. Would like to get 3000 miles with a few track days per year. These tires have a treadwear rating of 30 in the front and 50...
