You need to trial fit the header and mark off the location. Be careful to account for the various suspension components that you removed to install the header, especially on the rear header. What looks like a great location/fit becomes a big surprise on the final install. For the front header...

The early BBSC does not divert. The Bosch unit on my install vented to atmosphere. It is my understanding that MOST FI set-ups do not recirculate.
